I like that the frame is sturdy and the wheels are a good size and weight and roll smoothly. I like that the bags are about the size of one load of laundry so I will know when it’s time to do a load! Love it!

Great for organizing, Directions could use some work
First of all, this item is fantastic. It has drastically helped me to organize my laundry area and keep dirty clothes off of my laundry room floor. The only issue we had is that the directions are not very clear. They indicate which bars need to be connected, but it does not indicate what directions the bars need to face… and believe me it makes a huge difference. The first time I tried putting it together – the holes didn’t match up. I was frustrated and thought maybe I’d have to send it back…. It took a lot more time than it should have because the directions were lacking. However, once I figured it out – the item itself has been great.
